Phases from Orient through Ship: who runs each step, what you approve, and how specialists hand off work.
You describe the task once. The Conductor hands each phase to the right specialist and pauses for your approval. Nothing ships until spec, architecture, and plan are approved.
- 0 Orient: Context Engineer refreshes local memory
- 1 Brainstorm: Conductor writes the spec (docs/specs/)
- 2 Architecture: Backend Architect plus specialists on boundaries and failure modes
- 3 Plan: Conductor produces test-first tasks (docs/plans/)
- 4 Build: domain specialists implement RED-GREEN-REFACTOR in a worktree
- 5 Review: Code Reviewer and Debugger with blocking findings
- 6 Ship: Infra, Security, and Performance gates before merge or PR
