Privacy

Checkout and billing are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record. Card details never reach AgenKit's servers.

What we store

Only what is needed to grant entitlements: your Polar customer ID, your email, and a hashed form of your license key. License keys are transmitted only in an Authorization header and stored hashed at rest.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Talivia) to understand traffic and which parts of the store are useful: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, and sections seen. When you activate a license, we may associate that visit with your purchase email so we can attribute a sale to its source. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and your choices

We store a theme preference in your browser's local storage, and our first-party analytics may set an identifier to count visits. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through the contact below or your Polar customer portal, subject to applicable law.
