How to request

Use the support link in your Polar receipt within 14 days of purchase. Because kits are downloadable content, requests outside that window are handled case by case.

After a refund

If a refund is approved, your subscription ends and future renewals stop. Installed kit files may remain on disk locally, but license validation will no longer succeed for new installs or updates.
