AgenKit for Kimi Code
Kimi Code installs as a plugin under .agenkit/. After /plugins install, start a fresh session and run /agenkit:engineering.
Getting started
Activate your license once per machine, then install the Engineering Kit from your project root. AgenKit writes agents, skills, and triggers where Kimi Code expects them—no manual copying between folders.
After install, restart the editor or CLI session so it picks up new commands. Run /agenkit:engineering to start the brainstorm-to-ship workflow with the Conductor and specialist agents.

Start with
/agenkit:engineering
- Install with npx agenkit install engineering-kit --harness kimi
- Start the workflow with /agenkit:engineering
- Run agenkit update to pull kit releases while subscribed
