Terms of Service

AgenKit sells licenses to install and use packaged AI agent kits. A single-kit license grants perpetual use of that kit and its updates. An All-Access subscription grants use of all kits while the subscription is active.
Acceptable use
Your license is for you or your organization to use the kits in your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the kits as a competing catalog.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Installed kits continue to work locally regardless of service status.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
