Terms of Service

AgenKit sells a subscription license to install and use the AgenKit Engineering Kit: a packaged set of AI agents, skills, and the /agenkit command, installed into supported coding tools ("harnesses"). Your subscription includes every update released to the kit while it is active.

Billing and renewal

The subscription is billed as a single yearly charge, processed by Polar as Merchant of Record. Any monthly figure shown on the site (for example, $3.49/mo) is a display of the annual price and is charged as one yearly payment (for example, $39/year), not month to month. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, the subscription renews automatically each year and your card is charged again. Founding subscribers keep their founding rate on each renewal for as long as the subscription stays active; other subscribers renew at the then-current standard rate. You can cancel anytime from Polar's customer portal, which stops future renewals; you can also contact us directly (see the contact below) to cancel a renewal. Your installed kit keeps working locally after cancellation.

License and acceptable use

Your license is for you or your organization to use the kit in your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the kit or its contents as a competing product or catalog.

AI-generated output

The kit orchestrates third-party AI models that generate code and other output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated output before you use or ship it. AgenKit does not warrant that generated output is correct, secure, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, and does not guarantee any specific result.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Installed kits continue to work locally regardless of service status.

Warranty and liability

The service and kit are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that same extent, AgenKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. The definitive terms presented at Polar's checkout govern your purchase.
